To receive a full refund, the merchandise must be returned with the original receipt and in the same condition as it was sent, unworn and undamaged. If the tags have been cut off and pinned or secured back in any way, the merchandise will not be accepted back. Although we check all merchandise for defects and damage prior to shipment, it is the buyer's responsibility to check the product upon arrival to make sure that it is free of any defects.
